A message from Camp Director Adam:
I began my professional career in camps back in 2005 and it was the best decision I ever made! Working at camp is literally the best job in the world. You get to ditch the office clothes, be outside ever day, play with kids, have fun, and most importantly, you get to change lives.
Working at camp teaches leadership skills, problem solving skills, good communication, teamwork, etc. The skills you gain from a job at summer camp will stay with you for the rest of your life and can translate to any career you choose.

Group Leaders are the most essential element to the Camp Carmel Creek Experience. You are what makes the summer for the campers and you are in the position to change lives everyday!

Activity specialists are the program leaders that run our daily activities and bring the fun. We are hiring activity specialists in Athletics, Science, Nature and the Arts.
Track Leaders
Track Leaders are the professionals in their fields. The individuals at camp who will bring a level of excellence and intentional design to our Adventure Track Programs.
Division Leaders
Division Leaders are the senior staff that oversee full age groups at camp. These are the individuals who insure that every day at camp is safe, fun, exciting and that every day runs smoothly.
